I'm not even even going to question why it is listed as the J7+ there but that is the C7 (2017) o.X Now I get why you are wondering.
Here goes: The C7 is the more powerful device; Better processor and has more RAM and it has Bluetooth 4.2. Con is that the C7 has less battery life; only 3000mAh vs 3600mAh. Ontop of that the J7 Pro has ANT+ support and the C7 does not. Other then that the two seem very similar honestly, same resolution and the same size.
