My Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 is not getting detected by my pc even after Kies is been installed, i have tried other drivers also but still there is no use?
 
Samsung drivers are notoriously pesky to get installed properly. I spent a fair number of hours this weekend getting the driver for my Galaxy nexus set up correctly.

I did find a toolkit for the Note 10.1 that among other things helps install the drivers properly. If it is anything like the toolkit I used it is invaluable, and will get you on your way.
