Samsung galaxy note 2 black out

I have a galaxy note 2 my touch screen went black my led and my 2 keys at the bottom light up when I turn it on sound works I have recited 3 phone calls sound is great but I can't answer them I need help this has happen before and when I charged it and pressed the home key it went on but now it dosnt it turn on but you can't see anything

Have you tried pulling the battery and turning your phone back on? If that does not help, you may have a defective handset. You may want to contact your customer service.
