samsung galaxy note 2 dead

so my galaxy note 2 shuted down because of the low battery then i went to put it in charge and i tryed to activate it but it won t i tryed every thing and in every time only there is a red light on the top that flashes
please help me

Try taking the phone back to your local carrier's store, and see if they will let you swap out the battery for a new one. it sounds like the battery may be completely dead.

If the battery swap resolves the issue, you need to replace the battery.

i tryed that in the first place but the problem appears to be not from the battery and not from the display too
