Samsung Galaxy Note 4 Does not save videos!!?

I have a samsung galaxy note 4 that was recently upgraded to lineage 15. Ever since this update, my camera has only taken pictures. Some camera apps will look like they are taking video but not save it. Others Will give me an error code and not even start a recording. I have no idea what to do. I have factory reset the device and it still does not work.

Try a different ROM, roll back to the old one, or report it to the developers, would be my suggestions.

I agree - it sounds like the ROM broke the video function. Flash a different ROM or roll back to a lineage ROM on which the video function worked. That will confirm it.
