Problem w note 8 email. Using hot mail. This has happened numerous times. I open an email thinking that it is coming from someone (perhaps it would be a bank alert). When I open it the content area has nothing to do with bank business but will instead show a sale going on at a local dept. Store. This is only an example. It is happening quite often and I hope that some one will be able to help.
 
You're just receiving mail from your department store. For example, did you give them your email in a promo or when you signed up for a card membership there? They'll send you emails.
 
You want to remove email from your device (which means you'll never receive email from anyone again on it) or did you mean just to stop the email from your store?
 
You can't stop them I'd think. You can probably set it so that your email account will identify it as junk/spam, or block the email. You'll have to do that on a PC on your email account's website.
