Samsung galaxy note ii

Hi . I have samsung galaxy note ii and
it is useless i cant open multi windows or other things
its baseband version is n7100xxalie
will the 4.3 update solve the problem
because i kind of love this phone and really dreamed of buying it , but thats what i got
what do you think ???

Hi Ashrakt, getting a new phone can be a frustrating experience.

You must turn on multi-window use to be able to use it. I have found something that should help you out. Please see How to turn on Multi-Window.
