My screen is black and won't reset it is stuck in ramdump mood how do I get it out it's a Samsung Galaxy note model number sch-i1717
 
Have you tried a simulated battery pull? (soft reset) I wasn't able to find exact instructions for the SGH-i717, but I think you simply press and hold the power button for 20 seconds. If that doesn't work, try both the power and vol. down buttons for 20 seconds.
