Samsung galaxy note

I was just wondering is Sprint planning on getting Samsung galaxy note I really want this phone but don't want to jump to att ? And if not is Sprint coming out with something similar this year? Thanks!

FWIW, the same rumors about Galaxy Note coming to Sprint also said it will be announced at CES 2012, which did not happen.

After thinking about it, it's going to have LTE and there won't be LTE around here for awhile, so I'm gonna get it on ATT for now and probably get a Nexus on Sprint.

luckily I'm Houston. Still hoping for something on The Note. My guess would be March, but probably April if it were to get released. Apparently AT&T has a 2 month exclusive.

These exclusives are obnoxious. Also I wish they'd put wimax radios in their phones as well as LTE so that I can use Wimax until LTE turns on. I have plenty of wimax in my area but am sick of my Evo 3D.

That series of Samsung commercials is great! They've got some marketing geniuses for sure. Depending on when we get LTE here and what is available at the time I may give Samsung another try as my primary device. I have had both HTC and Samsung devices and so far in terms of support and overall performance HTC imho has been better. I like my NS4G a lot and since it is a "Google" phone does get regular updates but the reception just isn't as good as our EVO 4G and EVO 3D. Ymmv and if they have fixed their radio issues then the Note or something similar might be the way to go in the future. I am excited to see what is ahead! :)

There is no evidence, but considering they got the GSI and GSII, there is no doubt they would be getting the GSIII too, just like every other carrier.

I agree.. and I have a feeling the GSII sold pretty well for Sprint.. so I'd imagine they would definitely pick up the GSIII

Except towards the bottom he states no successor to the GSII has been confirmed. My guess is something was lost in translation.

"We haven't confirmed any successor to the S2. The S2 is a very, very popular device. It's the number one selling Android device in the UK and has been now for coming up to a year... Whatever the [actual] successor to the Galaxy S2 is will only help develop that further."
