I need to print an email from my Samsung galaxy note phone
 
Check the Google Play store, you can download a variety of apps, some "general" printing and some specific to a printer. If you have an HP printer, for example, you may be able to download the HP print utility and print using that. Otherwise, some of the cloud printing apps may work for you.

As an alternative, you can log in to your email account from a PC and print it from the PC.
