i have 5 samsung phones and 1 alcatel phone and they all have the icons so you can see them easy. my wife has the same on5 sm-g550t1 phone and you can't see the icons on the desk top well. the background is just a shadow. the the pictures are just white works or symbols. it is real hard to see the icons to use them. nd not all of them are like that only the ones for the phone the icons from added apps are just like all the other phones. any ideas?
so i found it turns out she has some type of theme going on that took the icon background away. so if anyone else has that issue try making the theme a default theme and adding a wall paper if you don't care for the theme. thanks
