Ok, a friend gave me a Samsung Galaxy Player 5.o and I used the stock restore to factory settings. Afterward, the player boots up and starts going through the setup, but after I choose the time zone and it tells me about location services...I get the error "The application Setup Wizard(process com.android.setupwizard) has stopped unexpectedly. Try again" The only option is "auto close" and once i click that...the screen has the bar at the top of the screen but that's it. Nothing happens when I touch the home, menu, or back keys. All i can do is pull down the menu and toggle gps, wifi, etc on/off.
Does anyone know if there is something I can do to fix this? I can't enable USB debugging (all the advice online seems to require this) since i can't access any menu and I don't have a restore file or anything since I just got the device. Also, I'm not THAT technologically inclined but I can follow directions if someone can tell me what I need to do.
