Samsung Galaxy Player 5.0

[Android Question]

I have the Samsung Galaxy Player 5.0. I just did a hard reset and now there is absolutely nothing on there. The screen was blank. I restarted and the logo that says "Samsung" pops up and is stuck on that screen. I'm unable to turn it off too.

Did you remove the back cover and take the battery out? Leave it out for a few minutes and put the phone back together and try again.

That usually helps with a boot loop.

If not, you might want to contact the vendor. Since that is a discontinued model, it may be due to a flaw, and if it is still under warranty they may give you a new phone.
