Samsung Galaxy Q #MDL# error

My samsung galaxy q will turn on Sometimes and display the following:

#MDL Factory download mode#

CUSTOM BINARY DOWNLOAD: NO
CURRENT KERNEL : SAMSUNG ! !

bootmode = [fcde8462] , [f1e2d3c]
HW rev : 4
odin_init()

Has anyone else had this problem? if so what do i do and how.

Let's see if I can try to help you out. This is taken directly from the T-Mobile support forums:

T-Mobile Support Team said:
"In order to get your phone out of MDL mode, remove the battery and SD card. Restart your phone without the SD card. If the issue still remains, a master reset with the hardware keys will need to be done."

MAKE SURE you remove the battery FIRST and the SD card SECOND. Very important.
