does Samsung galaxy rush works with pay anywhere credit card reader or square reader?

It looks like Square Reader is compatible. On their support page, the minimum requirements are Android 2.3, a normal screen size, headphone jack (3.5mm), Location Services Enabled, and acces to Google Play.
It does not look like the Samsung Galaxy Rush is one of the Supported Devices. However, the does not mean that it won't work.
