Help Samsung Galaxy S Advance Upgrade to 4.0?

Hi... I am in a thought of buying Samsung Galaxy S Advance... But I find the Android version 2.3.6 as the only draw-back... Will there be any upgrade to Ice Cream Sandwhich?
 
It is capable of running ics, so it would be a shame if samsung isnt bringing it out. It isnt announced yet, so we will just have to wait.
 
i saw a post in GSMARENA stating that Galaxy Ace2 and S Advance will get JELLY BEAN update directly,,,,,,,so lets the hope the news is true.......


Today i got a small update in GINGERBREAD ,,,,,its DDLI1 now ..............
 
Dont worry people who own a Galaxy S Advance ,,,,,,,,,,,,,Samsung officially announced that Advance is going to get Android 4.1 ( JELLY BEAN ) directly ,,,,,,,,,,,,,in few months.
 
Samsung Galaxy S Advance [UPDATED 9/24/12]: In a statement issued in late September, Samsung confirmed that its Galaxy S Advance phone was in line for an Android 4.1 upgrade (jellybean). Thus far, however, the company has provided no estimate as to when the upgrade could occur.
