Buy a Samsung S Galaxy again June 20, 2011 in Puerto Rico. After three weeks without having had any accident with the phone, has not fallen, not wet, for no reason half of the screen was completely black, this problem permanecion and now I have to wait while I fix it I have to settle for a spare cell in the manufacturing (samsung) fix the defect. I'm very disappointed that since this is the first time I buy a phone so expensive and did not think it so quickly be damaged.

Its just bad luck.
Its one of the best phone you can have.
you would be amazed of the things my phone has been true and it still working without a single problem.
The best part is the screen that is so hard so it almost impossible to scratch.
My phone is about 1 years old and the back cover is scratched and its grey on the corners, but the screen looks like its new.
Compare to my old Iphone that is very tiny scratches on.

My thoughts exactly, you had the misfortune of getting the one bad phone in the batch of 5000, maybe even 10000.
Happens with every other brand, so don't be disappointed.
(Real life story: I had an HTC Desire, my friend got one too, his kept rebooting itself several times a day, mine worked perfectly. He sent his in for repairs, got it back a week later, works ever since).
