I wonder what AT&T has to say about this!! Wasn't the quad core exynos "NOT COMPATIBLE" with the LTE speeds??!!

I have a dual core and its as fast as I would want it to be. Quad core Exynos??

The quad-core Exynos that they put in the International version was, and still is, incompatible with LTE. They must be using their newer generation of Exynos for the Korean version. Samsung did say they would make a special variant for their home country. It's probably a much smaller market than the US, so they wouldn't have as many production problems with their newest generation of chip.
