This theme is my first one and it is not perfect but it looks very nice

Download the latest Galaxy S - Theme V4
and the Galaxy S - Launcher
Install the theme in recovery mode
Install the launcher like a normal apk

What I'm interested in learning is how easy it will be to disable the TouchWiz crap on the Galaxy S that I'm getting on T-Mobile. I think I will have to resort to putting a custom 2.2 ROM on it when such a ROM becomes available...
