Help samsung galaxy s (verizon) need help asap

so here is my dilemma. i have the verizon samsung galaxy s. it was rooted wrong by a girl that had no clue what she was doing. ended up wiping everything from the phone. the phone wont mount anything that is on the phone. when i turn the phone on it shows the galaxy s logo and cyanogen mod screen. after that it quickly shows this




if i dont have the sd card in it says waiting for sd card to mount. how and where can i get the correct files to fix this phone? i am somewhat knowledgeable with phones. i know there its possible to update the firmware by sd card. anyone care to help me out?

you use version . is presume you stay in america , normally I'd recommend sewing
