Samsung galaxy s vs HTC desire

Hey folks
very much in dilemma over going for one among these two.

Samsung galaxy s vs HTC desire.
though spec says the galaxy guy is very much powerful compared to htc desire, but at the same found few issues related to GPS on galaxy s.

not sure about the support from samsung.

do need some help and light on the same on deciding the right one.

if i were you i would choose the samsung galaxy s. because of the 4.0 super AMOLED screen

I was in the same boat the SGS looked so good on paper, but after reading the forums of both phones, I saw that the SGS seemed to have a lot of problems. I mean I know these forums are here to solve problems, but it was this one thread in particular that made me sure I should go with the Desire!
