Samsung Galaxy S2 newbie owner

Hi all,
I'm the proud owner of a new Samsung mobile phone. Proud, but apparently clueless when it comes to understanding it and all it offers.
Even though I'm quite computer-savvy and work with them every day, it's my phone that makes me scratch my head and say, "what the..." many times a day. I hope this forum can help with my questions.
