samsung galaxy s3 in water damage repair touch screen not responding everything else seems to work fine . i cleaned all the corrosion with 99 alcohol and is pretty clean . how can i so soft reset with out thouch screen ? or any other ideas ?

Honestly,your phone is beyond repair,or,at best,past the point of diminished returns,as for sinking any more $/time into restoring it.

As prices of GALAXY S3's have dropped considerably since the GS4 has been released,you'd be better off finding a used S3 in good shape & at a decent price.

I'd check out COWBOOM or SWAPPA
