Samsung Galaxy S3 mini camera firmware null problem.

Okay so when I enter this code *#34971539# it pops up a menu with options for my phone/camera firmware right? When I tap on the options that checks my phone/camera firmware, everything that should show my phone info is on null. Also when I tap the second option to update it says, "Unable to update camera firmware." Can somebody please explain what's up with my phone?
