Well that is a hard question to answer without having more details, what format did you use to format your SD card, might need to be Fat 32, I would suggest that you sign up and join, and then I will direct you to your device forum for proper help and support.

Cheers for the reply

I have now set up this account.
Just so you know im really superslow when it comes to picking up tech.

By formatting all I did was stick the card in my phone and follow the menu (Settings, storage, Format SD card), is there somthing else I should do?

Some more info on my phone, the model number is GT-1819ON.

If you need anymore information just ask, and cheers for your help.

Hi there, welcome to the forums! Is the SD Card mounted? If it is, there should be an option in "Settings > Storage" titled "Unmount SD Card." If it's not, that option should read "Mount SD card." If it isn't mounted, go ahead and tap "Mount SD card"

Cheers!! :)

Hi,
The SD card is mounted.
When i go into the menu you mentioned the only options availble are "Unmount SD Card" and "Format SD Card".
I have tried many combinations of both of these options.
