When I select my playlist it'll play 2 songs max and thats it. To get it to play again I have to restart my phone. What am I doing wrong or what do I have set wrong?

Hi, and welcome.
Do other music players work? Like Amazon mp3, or Google Cloud Player? If so, it sounds like the player you are using needs to be reinstalled.
You might try clearing the cache and data from the music player app and starting fresh. Sometimes that helps, too.
