Samsung galaxy s3 update

[Android Question]

My phone had an update n so I installed it but when I checked now it says it has been updayed but there are no changes at all... and it still says 4.1.2 it hasn't changed... why? Is there some problem with my phone? Also, how do u know what changes will come when you get an update notification?

Not every update results in an Android version change. It's most likely a baseband or kernal update. There is no way of knowing the scope of changes just from an update notification. You have to eaither research online or contact your carrier's tech support and ask.
