samsung galaxy s3 wont turn on

I done a hard reset all wrong and now when I try to turn the phone on it only vibrates. Screen stays off.

Welcome! Sorry that the reset went awry.

For this one, I recommend that you search this site for how to put your phone into recovery mode (usually volume down and home and power button, do this until you see Samsung, then release Power but continue to hold other two.) This should bring you into recovery mode.

Once you get into recovery mode, you should be able to clear your data and cache, then install your software. There are tons of tutorials on this site, so feel free to look around!
