Hey ppls... I have a problem with my s4 galaxy... I got an unlock code from my operator and as I entered the code it didn't accept it.... after that it wont let me on my former network and neither does it ask me to enter the code...
You got an unlock code from your operator - have you requested any help from them?
Were you provided with the correct sequence to follow?
Have you pulled the battery to reset switch on process?
Can you get into Safe Mode?
