Samsung Galaxy S5 G900F-R, 4G LTE, 16GB

Hi

This phone is available at almost half the price of Samsung Galaxy S5 G900F at this website and I have been unable to find out what is the difference between the two versions. I am interested in this phone but not sure if this will work. Anyone with any tips please?

Never heard of a Samsung Galaxy S5 G900F-R before. See 42 Galaxy S5 models - Dummies Guide. I can find it on no official Samsung sites or the firmware for it. It also seems to be on only 3 sites, the one you link to and a similar one, here, which is AED100 more and here, which costs AED 1,250.

Sounds fishy to you? It comes with a 14-day return policy. It's selling everywhere in the UAE and local stores giving upto 1 month warranty. Don't know what's they are up to.

Yes, it does. The simple way to check if it is genuine or not is by booting into Download Mode and checking the Knox Security warranty as described in the Fake Dummies Guide that I linked you to. By the way, Samsung phones come with either a 1 or 2 year warranty, depending on your country, and not a 1 month.

Nope! can't find this device model.
They all are same (in my opinion), just differ in career type, slim slots depending on country and release dates,Hence adds some model numbers after mobile name
(S5 G900F-R). Or may be its a relaunched.
To verify or search every mobile available in UAE online stores you can visit Online Price comparison website. this website gives complete details of every product including Price, specifications, launch and release date, reviews, customer opinions etc.
