Hello. Within the past couple weeks, I've had issues with sending texts to one person. I can text anyone else just fine. I'll text them and they don't get my texts until nearly a week later all at once. They told me they've texted me as well, however, I never receive any of their messages. Is there any way to fix this? I've tried a soft reset, deleting texts, even a factory reset and still, nothing. Any help would be appreciated. I only bought this phone about a little over a month ago. Both of us are on Sprint by the way.

The problems sounds like it is either an issue with Sprint's service (probable) or an issue with your friends phone. Does her/she have any issues with sms to anyone else? If you have no problems with sms to other people and you are sure you have not blocked your friend in the messaging apps settings (which could prevent you from receiving) then it is unlikely to be your phone. I don't know what they are like to deal with, but I suggest contacting Sprint about the problem, especially as its a new phone recently put into service.
