Samsung Galaxy S5 won't charge and turn on

I bought an used Galaxy S5. The seller mentioned, that the phone won't charge and the battery just drained. So I charged it up again with my friends Galaxy S5 Neo to 100% and inserted it back into my S5 again. It didn't work.
Then I plugged speakers into the phone and tried to turn it on. I heard strange clicking sound when I pressed the power button and when i held my finger on the button it repeated like it failed turning on or something. Tried the same thing with my friends Galaxy S5 Neo, it clicked once and then it turned on.

This phone has dropped many times. There's one crack on the front glass and scratches on the bezel.
Could the charging or power IC be damaged? Can it be caused by dropping the phone?
How to replace an IC?

Any help would be appreciated. :D:)

And of course I've tried taking out the battery and pressing the power button for 1 minute and many other basic stuff that could solve a no power issue.

Where did you buy it? Ebay, Craigslist?
Why would you buy a phone that the seller told you had problems?
It's probably trashed and that's why they were selling it.
Personally the only place I'd consider buying a used phone would be Swappa, anywhere else is just too sketchy.
Sorry if the above doesn't help with your problem, just trying to figure out the reasoning for going through with this purchase.
From your description there isn't really any fix for it other than another phone.
