My sister's phone is in a bootloop (not rooted, not even attempted rooting and Flashing roms and thngs like that,USB Debugging is not enabled)Its a Samsung Galaxy ACE S5830i i can get into recovery mode and i did factory reset but nothing.I Downloaded The Sims 2 PSP Rom and PPSSPP(A psp emulator)and i tried running the game But when it starts i get the menu all red with black buttons and everything messed up i shut down the phone and started it back up i was happy it still worked but when my sister came and tried the game the thing above happened again but this time it reboted all the time and its eating a big bowl of bootloops. Please help me if you can.Help!

The only thing I can really suggest is what you've already tried: if the emulator caused the problem, a factory reset should remove it.

Just on the off chance, you could try removing the battery and leaving it out for a couple of minutes. If any of the memory is in an odd state this should let it discharge fully and clear it. Then try again and see whether it's any better.

If that doesn't work the only thing I can think of is completely reloading the phone's software, which I think you can do using Kies but am not sure - don't really know Samsungs. But if you are not rooted it ought not to have been able to corrupt the ROM, so this should not be necessary. If it is, please post again for advice on how to do this, either here or in the main forum.

Good luck!
