Samsung galaxy SII or EVO V 4G?

Well the EVO V 4G is on sale right now for $150 making it a really tempting offer. However, I've had my sights set on the Galaxy SII. I was wondering if the galaxy SII is really worth double the price or if the money is not worth the difference?

Any sort of advice would be appreciated!

Not really, it only has more memory and a better camera (slightly)
If the 3D was 249-229 Then get the s2 but for 150 3D is a way better deal.

i will agree with coco i have both phones and they are both good phones. in addition the 3vo has a sturdier feel that i like

And I will agree with the above posts, as well, the Evo V seems like a much better deal for half the cost. I had an Evo V for about a month; though I returned it because of Virgin's download speeds but I loved the phone. HTC phones seem more solid than Samsung phones, though others prefer the sleekness of the Samsung to the rather thick Evo V.

Also, the Dev support for the s2 might be there or not because a lot have the 3D or Triumph or just moved on to bigger n better things

Yea the main reason I want to get the Galaxy SII is more for the design as stupid as it sounds. The design of the EVO seems bulky to me.

It is all personal preference. I can appreciate both; I liked the heft of the Evo V, it seemed solid and felt secure in my hand. At the same time, I appreciate how sleek my Galaxy Nexus is, it fits well in my hand despite the large screen size, though it doesn't feel as secure (without a case).

You should buy the phone that you feel is best for you, no other opinion ultimately matters.
