Samsung Galaxy software update for gps

Have the Samsung Galaxy Captiva. I keep hearing about AT&T software update for the gps, but when I do a software update, it says nothing is available. Also wait 24 hours to try again. Am I missing something or trying in the wrong place?

This is the update Samsung said addressed the GPS issue. Unfortunately, it has only improved things for a minority of users experiencing GPS problems. It's good to try it at least, and Samsung also recommends trying a factory reset although this can be a hassle as it will erase all your data and you'll be starting over.
