Samsung galaxy tab 10.1 blank

I was busy roming my tab when I did something stupid I formatted the internal memory. Now im sitting with a blank tab and im not sure how to install a rom and the backup i made is gone too. Still busy messing around with it to see if the backup is still on the tab. Any information on how to install roms onto the tab as it is now would be appreciated:smokingsomb:

You should hold down the volume down key while repowering the tablet. You will get a boot options menu. use volume down to navigate, volume up to select. You will need to factory reset the device.
