Hi, welcome to Android Forums, sorry it's taken so long to get your question.
When you are trying to connect, does it ask you for a WEP? That should be at the bottom of your modem.
If that's already entered, try unplugging the modem and reconnecting it.
If you tried that, try downloading FXR WiFi fix and rescue
