Hi, I was stuck trying to reinstall Android from an external storage mSD card. I believe this tablet uses Android 4.4. It's in a reboot loop - no desktop screen get top menu. Stays on for 1-2 minutes and reboots.
I was going to do the factory reset option but needed to backup user files. I was using a program called Fonelab Android Data Recovery but phone had to be working to get files. Also, they had a "broken Android data extraction" feature in the program but got stuck there it wouldn't continue on.
I haven't tried a hard reset if that is available but might not change the situation.
