Help samsung galaxy tab s2 wifi only cannot create hotspot?

good day im new here i just wanna ask if my galaxy tab s2 wifi only is compatible with share it app?
and can it create a hotspot? thank you
 
Hi and welcome to the forum. I'd say no it can't. Any mobile device which can be used as a hotspot uses the mobile data as a Wi-Fi hotspot to create a new connection point for another device. But if the device is Wi-Fi only then a hotspot would only create a new connection to the same Wi-Fi connection the device is connected to.
