Samsung Galaxy TAB SM-T560, PC will Not Recognize

The tablet is brand new. My PC Windows 7 32bit will not recognize the tablet but when connected, charges the tablet. Any solutions please
 
I see you're new to android, either you can go in to notifications, tap on the USB option and change it from charging to file transfer. This or you can go in to settings>about device>software information then tap on build number seven times until you see developer options. GO in to developer options and turn on USB debugging
