Help Samsung Galaxy Trend Plus - recording call app not working

I have a GT-S7580 Trend Plus (4.2.2) on which I am trying to make the ACR (or any similar) call recorder app to work.

The app starts, it record the phonecall and afterwards it asks what you want to do with it (save, delete, play). But no sound is being recorded!
The file is silent.
I don't get a error indication just that the file is "silent" when being played after the call has finnished.

I tried to open it in the computer but even here the file is silent so it hasn't anything to do with the phone's speakers.

What's blocking the app from recording???
 
Hello there, I had the same problem as you. I recently purchased the Samsung Galaxy Trend Plus and tried to install a call recording app that worked for my previous Samsung Phones. Much to my horror, when it is switched on and I make a call, none of my callers can hear me, nor can I hear them.

I downloaded up to 6 different call recording app until I came across the app called RMC : Android Call Recorder. When you install it, make sure your audio source is selected as mic. It worked for me and I was able to make calls and record all the calls with absolute clarity.

Glad to hear it worked for you and I thank you for your reply but unfortunately that great app HAS worked for me, but no more. Why? I have no idea why it stops working after 2nd-3rd phonecall!
The RMC: Android Call Recorder starts and it looks like it's recording but it doesn't, the sound (even on mic) is silent. There's a file to save but it's no sound on it!
My latest "experiment" is Androidrec from GooglePlayStore but it turned out that the app is on but it doesn't start with the phonecall.
