Unfortunately this will either be resolved by wiping all data and doing a factory reset, or it will need to be taken into a store (hardware fault)
Power off the device...
1 - Press Volume + , Home, Power
2 - use volume to select wipe data/factory reset
3 - Yes (delete) all user
4 - It will reboot
5 - Done
