Hi...was wondering if anyone would be so kind as to help me figure how to sort my friends phone. Its a samsung galaxy young gt s5363, everything was fine on the phone and a couple of days ago it started giving constant app failed msgs (force close messages)then it just shuts down, comes back on and does all the same again, i cant access anything on the phone at all, i managed to do a reset (vol up, home key, thn powrr button) but this made no difference. I downloaded and installed kies but it wont find the phone, just says connecting thn after a few mins says try restarting the device ...which makes no difference :/ im no expert but rly hoping someone here can give e some help...thanx. th
