Samsung galaxy young won't turn off

Hi, i have a Samsung Galaxy Young that won't turn off, incoming calls not ringing, outgoing calls not ringing - whatt should i do?

Have you tried a battery pull, and see after that if the issue continues, if it does you might need to do a Factory reset, make sure you back up your info before doing so.
