samsung galexy s3 battery dying after charging in india

So I went to India recently and I charged my Samsung Galaxy S3 there. It seemed to charge and work fine while I was there. I just got back about a week ago and the battery life went down dramatically! I charge it to 100 percent in the morning and it goes down to 36 percent in maybe 1 or 2 hours. I turned off all extra applications including data and WiFi. I also tried airplane mode. No matter what I did, it made no difference. Do I need to replace my battery or what?

Not sure if the current standards are different over there or not, but you may want to purchase a replacement battery just to play it safe

Its possible yours may have been damaged
