Samsung has just announced they have successfully conduced some 5G trial tests with the wireless carrier China Mobile. These tests saw tech like spatial modulation and Filter Band Multicarrier validated for the 3.5GHz frequency, and outband emission/performance of throughput were also tested in Beijing.
