Samsung heir Lee Jae-yong has lost his seat on Fiat Chrysler's board after charges of bribery, embezzlement, and corruption came out last month. Jae-yong was appointed to Exor's board in 2012 and was renewed in 2015, but was unable to attent the company's board meeting in November because of a ban on traveling outside of South Korea.
