My Samsung Illusion. After aborting the service of Reachout Wireless due to the lack of availiable support, I switched to Verizon Prepaid at a local Verizon store. After about 9 days of service; my phone stopped working to include no internet. I get an automated message indicating "I have depleated my minutes" FROM REACHOUT WIRELESS! I went back to the store and after almost 2 hours of trying to correct the problem, my phone gives me a message of "error" something or other. They tried resets and god knows what else, Verizon tech support disconnected the store after they were on hold for 57 minutes... How can I clean up my phone, debug it or whatever to make it work again? Of course I had to create a scene to get my $45 returned. Any tips besides "anger managent" ?
