My Galaxy Note 2 has finally died (will not boot up even in safe mode and hard reset, tried everything), it had started switching off a few times over the last week or 2 and on the day the Note 7 was supposed to be launched in the UK it failed to come back on at all. It has been looked after both physically and in terms of memory and never clogged with rubbish so surprised it still only lasted just under 4 years.
What with the fact that the new phones are sealed it seems Samsung definitely don't want you to keep them and continue replacing batteries etc
My question is when I can purchase a Note 7 how can I restore files from my Note 2 back ups I made on Samsung Kies?
Thanks
Liam
