Help Samsung Messages?

When I receive a MMS, (whether I open it or not) my phone creates a folder labeled 'Samsung Messages' in my gallary and automatically saves the picture received from the MMS. How do you turn this feature OFF? I have Sprint as my carrier. Please Help

Go into your messaging app, open settings and find the settings for multimedia messages in there turn off auto retrieve. That way if you don't download the picture, it will not download on it's own. But after you download it, obviously it will make a folder cuz it has to save the picture somewhere.
